Shipping Rates

  • Orders $300 and over: Free Shipping
  • Orders under $300: Flat Rate Shipping — $9.99

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Most items ship directly from our distribution partner’s warehouse, not from a local storefront. Here’s what that means for your order:

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of being placed.
  • Multiple packages: If your order contains items stored in different warehouses, it may arrive in more than one package, with separate tracking numbers, possibly on different days. This is normal and does not mean anything is missing — check all tracking numbers on your order before reaching out about a missing item.
  • Backordered items: If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we’ll notify you. Once it becomes available, it will ship within a few days. If part of your order is in stock and part is backordered, those portions may ship separately.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We are not able to guarantee exact delivery dates, as this depends on the carrier once the package leaves our fulfillment partner’s warehouse.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please inspect the contents before discarding any packaging:

  • Note any visible damage with the carrier at the time of delivery if possible
  • Keep all original packaging and packing materials
  • Contact us at returns@foxtrotheatherllc.net within 10 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can resolve it quickly

For items that are missing from your order or don’t match what you ordered, contact us within 10 days of your invoice/order confirmation date so we can investigate and correct it.

Lost Shipments

Shipping carriers generally do not consider a package “lost” until at least 10 business days have passed beyond the estimated delivery date. If your tracking shows no movement and it’s been more than 10 business days past the expected delivery, contact us at returns@foxtrotheatherllc.net and we’ll open a trace with the carrier on your behalf.

Firearms & Restricted Items

Foxtrot Heather LLC’s .net store does not ship firearms. Firearm-related purchases are handled separately through our https://www.foxtrotheatherllc.com platform and are subject to that site’s shipping and FFL transfer requirements.
