Certain products sold on foxtrotheatherllc.net — including firearms accessories, ammunition components, airguns, knives, and related gear — are intended for purchase by adults only. By accessing and using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Age Requirements by Product Category

Different product categories carry different minimum age requirements under federal and state law:

  • Firearms Accessories & Black Powder Items — Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase
  • Airguns & BB Guns — Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase
  • Knives — Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase
  • Archery Equipment — Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase without parental consent
  • General Hunting & Outdoor Gear — No age restriction, however purchases by minors require parental consent

FFL Transfers

All firearm transfers processed through our FFL Transfer Service require the recipient to be a minimum of 18 years of age for long guns (rifles and shotguns) and 21 years of age for handguns, per federal law. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at the time of transfer at the receiving FFL dealer.

Our Right to Refuse

Foxtrot Heather LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where we have reason to believe the purchaser does not meet the minimum age requirements for the products ordered. Refunds will be issued in full for any orders cancelled for this reason.

Parental Responsibility

Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring the online purchases made by minors in their household. Foxtrot Heather LLC is not responsible for purchases made by minors using a parent or guardian’s payment information without authorization.
