Start Your Return
Got everything ready? Fill out the form and we’ll get back to you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and next steps — usually within 1–2 business days.
Before you submit, make sure:
- It’s been 30 days or less since your package was delivered (10 days if the item arrived damaged or defective)
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, with no markings or labels removed
- It’s not on our list of non-returnable items — things like firearms, ammo, opened bows/crossbows, and worn clothing can’t be returned regardless of condition
If your item arrived damaged or defective:
Select “Defective/Damaged” below and attach a few clear photos — this is the fastest way to get a replacement or refund approved without restocking fees.
If you’re returning something you simply don’t want:
No problem — just know a 10% restocking fee (minimum $7.75) applies, and you’ll be responsible for return shipping.
What happens after you submit:
- We review your request and email you an RA number
- Pack the item and write the RA number on the shipping label (not the box)
- Ship it back to us
- Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll process your refund
